Where to Stay for WWIN
Downtown Las Vegas
The World Market Center is in Downtown Las Vegas, near Symphony Park. Hotels around Fremont Street, such as the Plaza at its west end, Circa, the Golden Nugget or the Downtown Grand, are a short rideshare away and usually cheaper than the big Strip resorts.
The Strip
If you also shop MAGIC or OFFPRICE at the LVCC the same week, a north Strip or LVCC-area hotel can make more sense. Budget a rideshare between the two venues.
Getting There From the Airport
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is close to the city: count roughly 15 to 25 minutes by taxi or rideshare to Downtown Las Vegas, longer at peak arrival times the day before the show. A pre-booked transfer avoids the rideshare queue after a long flight: book a private airport transfer. If you plan to visit clients off the Strip, compare car rental rates, but remember that most Strip hotels charge for parking.
When to Book
Book as soon as your trip is confirmed and choose a refundable rate, so you can adjust if plans change. The hotels closest to the venue go first on WWIN week. Compare the same hotel on several booking sites before you pay: the all-in price (resort fee and taxes included) can differ.
