Sphere
The Bowl holds 17,600 seated and 20,000 standing. HPE Discover 2024 staged its keynote there in June 2024, with the full venue booked and an evening concert, and Sphere described corporate events as a growth area (Skift Meetings). Read our Sphere corporate events guide.
AREA15
Located at 3215 S Rancho Dr. The full campus takes up to 15,000 standing. The Altair Sky Lounge splits into smaller rooms: Runway Plaza up to 600 standing, Departure Deck 200, Jet Room 150, Arrival Room 100 (AREA15).
Topgolf Las Vegas
Four levels with a combined capacity of 1,045. The TOYOTA Yard holds 300, the Birdie Bar 130, and the Chairman’s Suite 40 (LVCVA).
Atomic Golf
Opened March 22, 2024, next to the STRAT (8 News Now). Its events page states up to 10,000 guests on a full venue buyout, with audio-visual in house and a custom quote form (Atomic Golf). Floor count and per-floor capacities are not published there.
Allegiant Stadium
3333 Al Davis Way. Reception capacity is 65,000. Smaller spaces include The Field (5,500 banquet, 4,000 reception) and Ford Plaza (1,500 banquet, 3,000 reception). Inquiries go through the stadium’s private events form (Allegiant Stadium).
Fremont East Entertainment District
PRA, a destination management company, ran a “Fremont East Entertainment District Takeover” for 900 attendees, which it describes as a corporate program for a global financial services client (PRA). It shows a neighborhood can be a venue, but details of the program are not public.
How to Book
Most venues take direct inquiries through their own forms. For a program spread across several venues, a destination management company helps. PRA and Cohera both operate in Las Vegas (Cohera). Ask each venue for its current lead time and minimums.
