The Swiss Pavilion at CES 2027 runs January 6–9 at the Venetian Convention Center, organized by Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE). S-GE provides the booth in Eureka Park or the Global Pavilion, not the hotel — Swiss exhibitors book their own rooms. The closest beds are The Venetian and Palazzo (the same complex as the Venetian Expo), with Wynn and Resorts World a short walk away. CES week runs well above a normal Las Vegas week, so book early.
Every January, Switzerland sends an official delegation to CES in Las Vegas. For CES 2027 the Swiss Pavilion gathers startups and growth companies under one roof at the Venetian Convention Center, organized by Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE). The pavilion sells you a booth and on-site support. What it does not sell you is a place to sleep. This guide covers the part S-GE leaves to you: where to stay, what CES week costs, and how to get from the airport to your stand.
We are an independent Las Vegas trade-show guide. We have no affiliation with S-GE or CES. The pavilion details below come from the official S-GE page; the hotel prices come from our own twice-weekly Price Watch.
Where the Swiss Pavilion is at CES 2027
The Swiss Pavilion runs January 6–9, 2027, inside the Venetian Convention Center (formerly the Sands Expo), at 201 Sands Avenue. S-GE places Swiss companies in two zones:
- Eureka Park — the start-up-only area of CES, where most early-stage Swiss companies exhibit.
- Global Pavilion — for more mature companies with a finished product or service.
CES 2027 marks the ninth consecutive year Switzerland takes part in the show. In 2026 the Swiss delegation counted 21 exhibitors. CES overall draws roughly 150,000 industry professionals, so the city fills up fast around the show. The partners behind the pavilion are Presence Switzerland, Innosuisse, swissnex and the Swiss Business Hub USA. The registration deadline S-GE listed for the 2027 pavilion was October 14, 2026.
What S-GE covers, and what you book yourself
The S-GE exhibitor package covers the booth, the screen and signage, basic infrastructure, a kick-off event and on-site support. It does not cover travel, accommodation, shipping or customs. The official package wording is blunt: “no further costs (such as travel, accommodation, transport etc.) are included.” For those, S-GE points companies to its general ExportHelp service. In practice, that means every member of your team books their own hotel. During CES, that is the single hardest thing to get right, because rooms near the venue sell out and prices swing more than at any other week of the year.
What happens at the Swiss Pavilion
The Swiss presence is spread over two levels of the venue: start-ups sit in Eureka Park, and a second swisstech pavilion sits in the Global Pavilion area, one level above. Across the four days, the pavilion runs live pitch sessions, a welcome reception and on-site support, with a meeting space for exhibitors and visitors.
Two moments are worth planning around:
- Global Deep Tech Battle — swisstech’s own competition, where selected start-ups pitch live to an international jury for cash prizes.
- CES Unveiled on January 4, 2027 — the media-focused pre-event two days before CES opens, where several Swiss start-ups show first.
Best hotels near the Venetian for the Swiss Pavilion
On the doorstep: The Venetian & Palazzo
The Venetian and Palazzo share a building with the Venetian Convention Center. You can walk from your room to your booth without stepping outside — a real advantage in January, and when you are carrying demo gear. This is the most convenient choice for Swiss exhibitors, and the first to sell out.
Next door: Wynn and Encore
Wynn and Encore sit just north of the Venetian, a few minutes on foot. They are higher-end, quieter, and a good base if you want to host clients away from the show floor.
A short walk up the Strip: Resorts World
Resorts World is one of the newest resorts in Las Vegas, a short walk or ride north. It often prices below Wynn for similar quality, which makes it a strong value pick for a small team.

What CES week costs: our Price Watch data
CES is the most expensive convention week of the year in Las Vegas. Our LVT Price Watch records Las Vegas hotel rates twice a week, show by show. In our first reading in late September 2026, about 100 days before the show, CES week averaged around $145 a night — roughly 39% above a comparable week with no major convention. Rates climb as the show gets closer, so the earlier a Swiss team books, the better. You can follow how CES rates move over time in our Las Vegas Convention Price Index.
Getting from the airport to the Venetian
Most Swiss travelers connect through a U.S. hub (Zurich and Geneva have no direct flights to Las Vegas) and land at Harry Reid International Airport, about 15 minutes south of the Venetian. A taxi or rideshare is the simplest way in; a pre-booked private transfer removes the taxi-line wait after a long transatlantic day. If your team plans day trips or off-Strip meetings, a rental car is cheaper than repeated rideshares, though parking on the Strip adds up.

Where to eat without leaving the Venetian
After a day on the Swiss Pavilion stand, the last thing most delegates want is a taxi across the Strip. The Venetian and Palazzo towers hold enough restaurants to cover a whole CES week, and a few are worth planning around. Everything below is inside the resort complex: no car, no Strip crossing.
- COTE Korean Steakhouse (Simon Kim) and Bouchon (Thomas Keller, Venetian South Tower) are two of the four Venetian restaurants recognised in the inaugural MICHELIN Guide Southwest, announced by the resort on 27 August 2026. The other two are Estiatorio Milos (Greek seafood) and Mott 32 (Cantonese). Book these well before CES week; tables go first.
- Bazaar Meat by José Andrés moved into the lower level of the Palazzo Tower lobby in September 2025. It is the resort’s showpiece steakhouse and works well for a client dinner of four to eight, with shared plates that keep the table talking.
- Sala 118 is an Italian-inspired cocktail lounge in the Venetian lobby, across from the Grand Colonnade. It is a bar rather than a restaurant: the natural spot for an aperitivo before dinner or a last drink after the Swiss Pavilion reception.
- For a working lunch between meetings, the resort’s own group dining guide lists Canyon Ranch Café (organic, health-focused) and the two Grand Lux Cafe locations (one in each tower, open long hours) as the practical options.

Menus and opening hours change; check the resort’s website before you book, especially during CES week when some venues host private events.
