Quick answer
ITC Vegas 2027 runs September 21–23, 2027 at Mandalay Bay. We could not find official 2027 hotel information yet, so this page will be updated once ITC publishes its housing. In 2026, the closest options were Mandalay Bay itself and the Luxor, reached by an indoor walkway.
ITC Vegas 2027: dates and venue
ITC Vegas is the large insurance innovation conference held at Mandalay Bay. ITC’s help center lists the 2027 edition for September 21–23. For the 2026 edition, a third-party attendee guide reports that organizers expected more than 9,000 participants, including about 1,900 carrier attendees; that figure is a projection for 2026, not a 2027 number.
What we know about housing
For 2026, the same guide says Connections Housing was the only official housing provider, that the Mandalay Bay and W Las Vegas room blocks were sold out as of an organizer update on July 8, and that the Luxor was named as an official nearby alternative. We have not found equivalent 2027 details, so treat this as a pattern to expect, not a promise. Block rates and deadlines are set by the organizer, not by us.
Hotels near Mandalay Bay
From the Luxor to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center door, our outdoor walking measure (OpenStreetMap routing, October 22, 2026) is 0.8 mi, about 17 minutes; the Excalibur is 1.2 mi, about 24 minutes. Indoor routes are not counted in those figures. The full method is in our trade show calendar and venue guides, listed on the Las Vegas trade show calendar.
