CCW (Customer Contact Week) is the customer contact and customer experience conference run by Customer Management Practice, which bills it as “the world’s largest customer contact event”. The 2027 Las Vegas edition runs June 14–17, 2027, at Caesars Forum, 3911 S Koval Ln, according to the organizer’s registration page.
For scale, the organizer lists 6,000+ attendees, with financial services and healthcare leading the practitioner industries. The program is a four-day block: badge pickup and a Welcome Party on Monday evening, then sessions through Thursday, closing with a main stage finale on Thursday late afternoon.
Two things shape your hotel choice here. The first is the venue: Caesars Forum sits behind the LINQ Promenade, with a sky bridge to two Caesars hotels, so a few properties let you reach the show without stepping outside. The second is the calendar: mid-June in Las Vegas means daytime highs around 100°F (38°C), and a “short” outdoor walk feels very different from the same walk in January.
Caesars Forum is not Caesars Palace
This catches first-time attendees every year. Caesars Forum is a standalone convention center at 3911 Koval Lane, on the east side of the central Strip, behind the LINQ Promenade and the High Roller. It is not Caesars Palace, and it is not the Forum Shops. When you compare hotels “near the venue”, measure the walk to Caesars Forum, not to Caesars Palace, which sits on the other side of Las Vegas Boulevard. Both are in the official block and both connect to Caesars Forum by sky bridge. For a June conference that is the setup to beat: you can go from your room to the session rooms in business attire without crossing a street or waiting for a ride. Harrah’s is the more classic property; The LINQ is the younger one on the Promenade. If both are available at the group rate, pick on price and room style, not on distance.
Caesars Palace: in the block, across the Strip
Caesars Palace is the premium option in the block, but it is on the west side of Las Vegas Boulevard, and the organizer is explicit that its rooms are not connected to the Forum. Count on an outdoor walk in the heat, or a short ride, each way. Choose it for the property and the suites, not for the commute.

Two notes. The Flamingo is the closest non-block hotel and shares the LINQ Promenade corner, which makes it the natural budget pick. The Venetian and The Palazzo sit just across Sands Avenue from the north side of the Forum, but their lobbies are on the Strip side of a very large complex, so the real walk is longer than the map distance suggests. Which nights to book, and what else is in town
The organizer’s own advice: arrive by Monday early afternoon (June 14) to pick up your badge and join the Monday evening Welcome Party, and book a late evening or Friday morning flight home, because the main stage finale runs through Thursday late afternoon. For most attendees that means four nights, Monday June 14 to Friday June 18, or five if you fly in on Sunday to start rested.
Mid-June is a busy stretch on the Las Vegas trade show calendar: the Be+Well Beauty Show runs June 12–14, 2027 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, overlapping your arrival day, Cisco Live occupies the week before (June 6–10), and HPE Discover follows the week after (June 21–24). None of them share Caesars Forum, but they all draw on the same central Strip hotels, so the block cut-off on May 21 is worth taking seriously.
