ACT Expo 2027: dates and venue
The venue is the Las Vegas Convention Center, 3150 Paradise Road. Entrances, halls, Loop stations and food on campus are covered in our complete LVCC guide, and the whole season is in the trade show calendar.
Conference first, expo in the middle
ACT Expo is built as a four-day conference (May 17–20) with a two-day expo hall (May 18–19). The organizer says fleets, shippers and public-sector organizations attend, and that manufacturers and technology companies unveil products there. Its program includes keynotes, technical sessions, an Expo Hall Theater, media events, partner events, a Ride & Drive, continuing education and fleet awards; the core topics are advanced powertrains, digital solutions, efficiency and safety, and fuels, energy and infrastructure. Most of those descriptions refer to the 2026 edition, so treat them as indicative until the 2027 program is out.
How many nights, depending on your role
Conference attendees and speakers should plan May 16 or 17 to May 20 (a Monday to Thursday event). If you only need the expo hall, May 17 to May 19 covers it. Where the Ride & Drive meets in 2027 has not been published; ask the organizer before choosing a hotel around it.
Which hotel for which kind of trip
Closest to the LVCC by our walking measurements: the Las Vegas Marriott (0.2 mi, about 4 minutes), then the Courtyard and Residence Inn (about 5 minutes), the Renaissance and Fontainebleau (about 6), and the SpringHill Suites (about 7). The Westgate is 8 minutes and has a skywalk to the North Hall. Full table with every hotel: LVCC walking times.
For a Monday-to-Thursday conference with early sessions, staying on Paradise Road saves the most time. If you accept a commute for more choice, the Strip is 1.0 to 1.7 mi away (21 to 36 minutes on foot), where the Loop or a rideshare makes sense.
