Quick answer
CinemaCon 2027 runs April 12–15, 2027 at Caesars Palace, with studio presentations in The Colosseum and the trade show in the Caesars Palace Conference Center. Staying at Caesars Palace means you never leave the building. In 2026 the official discounted rooms were at Caesars Palace and Flamingo Las Vegas; the 2027 booking page was not up yet when we checked.
CinemaCon 2027: dates, venue and who attends
CinemaCon is the official convention of Cinema United and calls itself “the largest and most important gathering for the worldwide motion picture theater industry.” Attendees come from more than 80 countries, according to the organizer. It is where the studios present their upcoming slates to theater owners, and where exhibitors, equipment makers and concession suppliers meet buyers.
- Dates: April 12–15, 2027 (Monday to Thursday), per CinemaCon’s official FAQ page.
- Studio presentations: The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, a 4,200-seat theater.
- Trade show: the Caesars Palace Conference Center, on three levels.
- Access: a registration package is required. CinemaCon lists what each package includes on its site.
Official CinemaCon hotels
CinemaCon had not posted its 2027 hotel page when we checked. For 2026, the organizer offered discounted standard rooms at two hotels, both on the Strip:
- Caesars Palace, the venue itself.
- Flamingo Las Vegas, across the Strip.
Rates were shown on CinemaCon’s dedicated booking link, and the 2026 page noted a processing fee for reservations made by phone instead of online. Suites are assigned by the CinemaCon office, not by the hotel. Check cinemacon.com for the 2027 link before you book elsewhere, and compare it with live prices.
Where to stay for CinemaCon
Caesars Palace (the venue)
The obvious choice for a convention that runs from morning presentations to evening screenings: the Colosseum, the trade show and your room are under one roof. CinemaCon says its rooms are “within a short walk or elevator ride” of the Conference Center. Caesars Palace is a large resort, so allow a few minutes between your tower and the Colosseum.
Flamingo Las Vegas
The second official hotel in 2026, on the other side of the Strip. Getting to Caesars Palace means crossing Las Vegas Boulevard, so factor that into early mornings.
Around the Flamingo Road intersection
Caesars Palace sits on one corner of the Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road intersection. The other corners are Bellagio, Horseshoe Las Vegas and The Vanderpump Hotel (formerly The Cromwell), linked by pedestrian bridges. All three are close enough to walk to the Colosseum, which makes them useful backups if the official block is full.
Which nights to book
With the program running Monday to Thursday, most attendees will arrive on Sunday, April 11 and leave on Friday, April 16. If you only need the trade show days, check the 2027 schedule on cinemacon.com once it is published before you shorten your stay.
SAS Innovate is listed at ARIA on April 12–14, 2027, the same week. Our Las Vegas trade show calendar shows everything else in town and how busy hotels get.
