The 2026 edition takes place October 6-9 at the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum in Las Vegas — two connected venues in the heart of the Strip.
G2E consistently draws over 25,000 attendees from more than 100 countries, making hotel planning essential. The Venetian-area hotels fill within days of the show announcement, and Strip properties within walking distance follow quickly.
Best Hotel — The Venetian Resort Las Vegas
For G2E, staying at the Venetian Resort is the obvious first choice. The Venetian Expo is directly connected to the hotel via internal walkways — you can walk from your room to the show floor in under five minutes without stepping outside. Palazzo is the luxury all-suite tower connected to the Venetian. It shares the same resort complex, the same direct Venetian Expo access, and the same pool and amenity infrastructure. For attendees who want a step up in room quality and a quieter environment, Palazzo is the premium option within the same building.
Nearby Strip Options for G2E
Wynn Las Vegas and Encore are a 10-minute walk north along the Strip. Both are among the best hotel properties in Las Vegas and are well-matched to the G2E attendee profile — senior gaming executives, international operators, and technology company leadership. The Wynn’s restaurant and entertainment options are consistently among the best on the Strip for client hospitality.
Resorts World Las Vegas is located at the northern end of the Strip adjacent to the Venetian area. Its Vegas Loop station provides a direct underground connection to the Las Vegas Convention Center and connects to the Strip monorail network. Newer construction with modern amenities and competitive pricing compared to legacy Strip properties.
Caesars Palace is a 15-minute walk south. Caesars Forum is a co-venue for G2E, making Caesars Palace a practical on-site option for attendees whose sessions are split between the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum. The Forum Shops and restaurant selection at Caesars are strong for client entertainment.

G2E October week is one of the busiest convention periods on the Las Vegas calendar. The Venetian sells out 3-4 months in advance. Book by June for on-property rooms and by July for nearby Strip alternatives.
