The organizer lists four parts with different dates: Education April 19–22, Arts & Crafts April 20–22, and Exhibits April 21–22, plus the DigitalPlay Summit on April 21–22 (presented by the Indian Gaming Association, with iGaming and sports betting exhibits and sessions on the show floor). A Chairman’s Leadership Awards Luncheon and a Welcome Reception are also announced; their dates and times are not on the organizer’s page yet. How many nights, depending on your role
Because the program is staggered, nights depend on what you attend. For education from day one, plan arrival the evening of April 18 and departure after April 22 (four nights). If you only walk the exhibits, April 20 to April 22 covers it (two nights). Exhibitors setting up should confirm move-in dates with the organizer; they are not published on the public page. Daily show hours are not stated yet either.
Which hotel for which kind of trip
Closest to the LVCC by our walking measurements: the Las Vegas Marriott (0.2 mi, about 4 minutes), then the Courtyard and Residence Inn (about 5 minutes), the Renaissance and Fontainebleau (about 6), and the SpringHill Suites (about 7). If you are hosting meetings or dinners with executives, the Strip resorts are a longer trip but a better setting: Encore and Wynn are about 1.0 mi (17–21 minutes on foot), the Venetian 1.5 mi (32 minutes), so plan on the Loop or a rideshare for the show itself.
