International Pizza Expo is the trade show for independent, chain and franchise pizzerias and Italian restaurants. The 2027 edition is at the Las Vegas Convention Center, in the West Exhibit Hall, 300 Convention Center Drive. The expo floor runs April 13 to 15, and the education program starts earlier, on April 11.

- Onsite registration: Sunday April 11, 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.; Monday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Tuesday and Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
It is a trade-only show. Attendees under 16 are not permitted on the exhibit floor, proof of age is required, and strollers are not allowed. Photography and video on the expo floor and in session rooms are prohibited without authorization. All of this is per the official Pizza Expo FAQ.
How many nights
If you only walk the floor, the days that matter are Tuesday to Thursday, and the floor closes at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Arriving Monday evening and leaving Thursday afternoon is three nights. Arriving early Tuesday from the West Coast makes it two. If you are attending the education sessions, add the nights from Sunday or Monday.
Where to stay for the West Hall
The West Hall is a separate building from the Central, North and South Halls, so the walking times we publish for the LVCC do not all apply to it. Our measured walking-time tables give the walk to the nearest LVCC door of any hall, not to the West Hall entrance. The only hotel we have measured to the West Hall is the Westgate: about 0.4 mile, roughly 8 minutes on foot outdoors. The Westgate skywalk leads to the North Hall, not to the West Hall.
For the nearest-door times of the other hotels around the campus, which are a lower bound for the West Hall, see the LVCC guide and our hotels near the Convention Center comparison. If you plan to use the Vegas Loop between halls, check the current station list and any ticket rules on the official LVCC site before you rely on it.
Booking: official housing versus comparing hotels
Pizza Expo names EvolveCon, powered by HotelMap, as its only official housing provider. As of late October 2026 its booking page says 2027 housing is not open yet, and warns that other third parties may contact you to book. We have not checked its 2027 rates or terms, so look at the official housing page first and compare it with live prices before you decide. Book only through links published on the official Pizza Expo site.
