Match Your Hotel to Your HPE Discover Track
HPE Discover 2026 is organized around three curated programs — Networking (Connect & Protect), Cloud (Modernize & Optimize), and AI (Automate & Accelerate). Each program attracts a different attendee profile with different priorities for evening networking, lab access, and executive meetings. Your hotel choice should reflect that. A defining theme for 2026 is the HPE–NVIDIA partnership on enterprise “AI factories” — pairing NVIDIA accelerated computing with HPE’s infrastructure — which anchors much of the AI-focused programming.
Networking Track (Connect & Protect) → Strip-Central Hotels
If you’re attending Aruba/Juniper networking sessions, AI-native networking demos, or the “Self-Driving AI Ops” track, you’ll spend evenings doing partner dinners and informal networking. Stay at Wynn, Encore, or the Palazzo — short walk to The Venetian Expo, dense restaurant clusters, late-night bars that don’t close at 11pm. Avoid south-Strip hotels (Mandalay, Luxor) — 25-minute walks each way kill spontaneous networking.
Cloud Track (Modernize & Optimize) → Connected to Venetian
Cloud and GreenLake attendees often pre-register for hands-on labs that start at 8am sharp. Late arrival = locked out. Stay directly connected via indoor walkways: The Venetian or The Palazzo. Both feed into the Expo without crossing the Strip. The 4-minute morning walk from your room to the lab is the difference between getting into the “Reduce VM Costs” or “Transform with Private Cloud” sessions or watching them on-demand later.
AI Track (Automate & Accelerate) → Premium & Executive-Friendly
The AI track attracts CTOs, AI architects, and senior decision-makers — particularly those joining the C-Circle invitation-only program. The 1:1 Digital Transformation Advisor sessions, Peer to Peer roundtables, and Agentic AI keynotes draw a more senior audience. Match the audience: Wynn Tower Suites, Encore, Trump International, or Fontainebleau for executive amenities, quiet workspaces, and the right venues for client entertainment after sessions.

Single rides and day passes are available; check current fares.Where to Stay for the HPE Celebration at Allegiant Stadium
The HPE Discover Celebration on Wednesday June 17, 7:30–10:30 PM takes place at Allegiant Stadium — the iconic NFL venue home to the Las Vegas Raiders. HPE provides transportation from The Venetian, but your hotel choice still matters for the night-of logistics: late return, post-event drinks, and Thursday morning sessions starting at 8am.
Flying in for HPE Discover? This show draws an international audience, and most routes to Las Vegas connect through a U.S. gateway. Compare flights to Las Vegas early to find the best routing from your city before fares climb closer to the show.
- Best for fast return: Stay on the Strip between The Venetian and Mandalay Bay — official HPE shuttles drop off at The Venetian, but Uber/Lyft from Allegiant Stadium to mid-Strip hotels is 12–18 minutes vs 25+ minutes to north-Strip hotels.
- Best for post-event drinks: The Venetian, The Cosmopolitan, ARIA, and Bellagio all have late-night bars and lounges that stay busy until 2am — perfect for unplanned networking with the people you met during the Celebration.
- Best for early Thursday sessions: If you have a 8am Thursday session, prioritize The Venetian or The Palazzo (directly connected to the Expo) — you can roll out of bed at 7:30am and still make it. Anywhere else and you’re risking being late after a 11pm bedtime.
Pro tip: The HPE Women’s event also takes place at Allegiant Stadium with behind-the-scenes access to the field and locker rooms. Open to all HPE Discover attendees, transportation included. Check the official HPE Discover mobile app (launching early June) for the schedule.
Hotel Booking Tips for HPE Discover 2026

- Check HPE Room Blocks: HPE may negotiate special rates at partner hotels. Check the official HPE Discover website for preferred hotel partners.
- Consider Total Cost: A $300/night hotel adjacent to the venue may save more than a $180/night hotel 2 miles away when factoring in daily rideshare costs and time.

C-Circle & Executive Attendee Guide
HPE Discover 2026 includes an invitation-only program called C-Circle, designed for C-suite executives and senior decision-makers. The exclusive Welcome Reception takes place Sunday June 14 — one day before the main conference opens — with dedicated programming on June 15–16. Two luminary speakers anchor the program: R “Ray” Wang (enterprise technology market forces) and Peter Hinssen (The Uncertainty Principle: leadership through disruption).
If you’re attending C-Circle or arriving as a senior executive, three things matter for your hotel choice:
- Arrival on June 13 or 14: Most C-Circle attendees fly in Saturday or Sunday — book your hotel from June 13 minimum (4-night stay) to anchor the discounted nightly rate that drops after Sunday.
- Quiet executive workspace: Trump International Las Vegas (non-gaming property, premium quiet), Wynn Tower Suites, and Four Seasons (south Strip, secluded) all offer private executive lounges that work for confidential calls between sessions.
- Discreet client entertainment: For taking customers to dinner, walk-in priority access matters — book through your hotel concierge at Costa di Mare (Wynn), Bouchon (Venetian), or Carbone (ARIA). Convention week reservations close 3 weeks ahead for walk-ins.
