NADL Vision 21 2027: dates and venue
Vision 21 is the annual meeting of the National Association of Dental Laboratories. The 2027 edition is at Caesars Palace, 3570 South Las Vegas Boulevard, from Thursday, January 14 to Saturday, January 16. The registration desk opens Thursday at 11:00 a.m. and the meeting concludes Saturday at 11:00 a.m. NADL does not publish an attendance figure on its page, so we do not quote one.
What the schedule looks like
- Thursday, January 14: registration from 11:00 a.m., a kickoff beverage break at noon, “State of the Industry: What’s Disrupting Dental Laboratories” at 1:00 p.m., business roundtables from 2:30 p.m., then the Foundation Donor Reception and the NADL President’s Reception in the evening.
- Friday, January 15: the longest day, 8:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. Breakfast buffet, keynote “Leading Through Disruption” at 9:30 a.m., sessions on the dental office, the laboratory business model and AI at work, then the awards presentations at 4:30 p.m. and the awards reception until 6:15 p.m. The Sponsor Marketplace is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
- Saturday, January 16: breakfast, a Business Strategy Think Tank from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., and the meeting concludes at 11:00 a.m. A pre-registered Value Added Workshop runs 12:30 to 3:30 p.m.

How many nights
The meeting is a Thursday-to-Saturday event with a Thursday 1:00 p.m. opening session, so most attendees need the nights of Thursday and Friday, checking out Saturday after the 11:00 a.m. close. That is two nights. Add Wednesday if you fly in from the East Coast and want to be rested for the afternoon start, or Saturday if you attend the 12:30 workshop and leave Sunday. At the NADL rate, two nights come to $458 plus $91.90 in resort fees, about $550 before taxes (our arithmetic from NADL’s published figures).
