MAU Vegas 2027: dates, venue and format
MAU Vegas is the mobile app growth conference: user acquisition, retention, monetization and the ad-tech ecosystem around them. The organizer describes 3,000+ mobile app growth leaders, based on 2026 registration and attendance data. The 2027 edition, branded MAU27, runs May 4–6, 2027 at Bellagio Resort & Casino, 3600 S Las Vegas Blvd, and the organizer presents Bellagio as the show’s “new home”.
Registration for 2027 opens in December 2026, according to the organizer. The schedule starts on Tuesday with afternoon and evening events, which is why the organizer recommends arriving on Monday, May 3.
The official hotel block: not open yet
- Hotel: Bellagio, the venue itself.
- Status (October 31, 2026): the room block opens “later this year at preferred attendee rates”. No rate or cut-off is published yet.
- How to be told: the organizer runs a housing-open notification sign-up on mauvegas.com.
- Housing vendor: announced when the block opens. The organizer warns that unauthorized companies may contact attendees offering MAU housing or attendee lists, that it has no affiliation with them, and that it cannot help if something goes wrong. Report suspicious outreach to the organizer.
- Demand: the organizer says the block sells out every year and advises booking early.

Where to stay for MAU Vegas
Bellagio: the venue
For a three-day conference with evening events on site, staying in the venue is the obvious choice: no commute, no rideshare queue after the evening sessions, and your room an elevator away between meetings. Bellagio also has valet and self-parking on site, which the organizer notes for attendees driving in.
Nearby hotels and how they connect to Bellagio
Bellagio sits at the Flamingo Road intersection, the busiest corner of the Strip, which gives you more walkable neighbors than almost any other venue in town:

If you want a quieter base at a lower rate, Vdara is the pick: the walkway means you never step outside, and the suites double as a workspace for the client calls that fill a MAU schedule. Which nights to book, and a five-convention week
Follow the organizer’s advice: arrive on Monday, May 3 if you want Tuesday’s afternoon and evening program, and leave on Thursday evening or Friday, May 7. That is three or four nights. Harry Reid International is roughly a 10 to 15 minute drive from the Strip outside peak hours; the organizer recommends rideshare or taxi.
The first week of May 2027 is crowded on the Las Vegas trade show calendar: HD Expo runs May 3–5 at Mandalay Bay, WasteExpo May 3–6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, The Car Wash Show May 3–5 at the Convention Center, and ServiceNow Knowledge May 4–6 (venue to be announced). None of them use Bellagio, but all of them draw on central Strip rooms. That is the real reason to book early, block or no block.
