R4 2027: dates, venue and agenda
R4 is RE/MAX’s annual convention for its affiliates. The 2027 page on the RE/MAX Resources Hub lists the R4 Convention at MGM Grand, Las Vegas, February 21–24, 2027, in person. RE/MAX labels the agenda “tentative (subject to change)”:

Is there an official hotel block?
We could not find one in public. The R4 2027 page gives the venue but no hotel rates, room block or housing link, and registration sits behind a RE/MAX sign-in. Before you book on your own, check your registration confirmation, your office or your regional team.
Where to stay for R4
MGM Grand is at the south end of the Strip, on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Tropicana Avenue. With four days of sessions, a Monday reception, an awards dinner and Fun Night, staying close saves real time.
MGM Grand (the venue)
The simplest choice: you never leave the building. MGM Grand is one of the largest hotels in the world, with more than 5,000 rooms. The flip side of that size is distance inside the building, so leave a few extra minutes between your room and the session halls.
The Signature at MGM Grand
Three 38-story towers at 145 East Harmon Avenue, behind MGM Grand. It is a condo-hotel, and all three towers are connected to the resort by a walkway, so you can reach the convention without going outside. A good fit if you want to be next to the venue without staying in the main building.
Across the intersection: New York-New York and Excalibur
MGM Grand, New York-New York and Excalibur sit on three corners of the Tropicana Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard intersection. Four open-air pedestrian bridges link the corners, with escalators and elevators at each end. New York-New York is one bridge away, across Tropicana Avenue; Excalibur is on the diagonal corner, so it takes two. The fourth corner is the former Tropicana site, demolished in 2024 and planned for a new ballpark for the Athletics.
Further up the Strip, with the Monorail
MGM Grand has a Las Vegas Monorail station, at the southern end of the line. Hotels near other Monorail stations, on the east side of the Strip, can work if you are happy to ride in each morning. The Monorail runs from 7 AM every day, until midnight on Mondays, 2 AM Tuesday to Thursday and 3 AM Friday to Sunday, per the operator. Check fares and any schedule changes on lvmonorail.com.
Which nights to book
With pre-sessions on Sunday and departures on Thursday, most attendees will book four nights: Sunday, February 21 to Thursday, February 25. If you skip the pre-sessions, an early Monday arrival can still make the morning Masterminds, but a Sunday arrival is the safer bet for anyone flying across time zones. Fun Night is on Wednesday evening, so keep Thursday free for travel.
